Rental Information & Care Guidelines
Thank you for selecting GIANT FLOWERS ART USA to enhance your event. Our handcrafted foam floral décor is designed to create a memorable visual experience. To ensure its beauty and longevity, please review the following rental guidelines carefully.

Service Area
GIANT FLOWERS ART USA provides foam floral décor rentals throughout Metro Detroit, Michigan.

Booking Information
• Bookings are available up to one (1) month prior to the event date.
• A 30% deposit of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date.
• In the event of a cancellation within seven (7) days of the event, 50% of the total rental price will be refunded. The remaining balance is non-refundable.

Installation Details
• The client must allow up to three (3) hours for installation.
• All installations are disassembled and collected exclusively by GIANT FLOWERS ART USA.
• Pickup timing is coordinated individually with the client.

Use of Foam Floral Décor
Our foam floral décor may be used indoors or outdoors; however, it must not be exposed to severe or unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, strong winds, or storms.
• If adverse weather is forecasted, the client is responsible for arranging an indoor backup location.
• If weather conditions worsen after installation, the client must promptly relocate the décor indoors to prevent damage.

Care & Preservation
• Foam floral décor may not be disassembled, repositioned, or altered by the client or any third party without prior written consent from GIANT FLOWERS ART USA.
• The only exception to this policy is an emergency weather situation requiring immediate action to prevent damage.
• All rented items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered and installed.

Damage & Liability
• The client assumes full responsibility for all décor items during the rental period.
• Any damage, including but not limited to tears, dents, stains, structural issues, or missing components, will result in repair fees as determined by GIANT FLOWERS ART USA.
• Items deemed irreparable will require payment of the full replacement value.
